Do synactors age or environments suffer the effects of time and weathering?
In Assassin's Creed (which one), the player's character is depicted as having aged in different levels representing points of time decades apart.
Examples of procedural texturing of foliage to represent tha passage of time. This happens in Oblivion, I think. Does it happen in Skyrim. Note that the passage or night and day is represented by changes in ambient light levels and shadows and in street lighting switching on and off, I think.
